TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is 5-14 business days after starting any project.

ORDER SUBMISSIONS, FILE SET UP, WEEDING AND PROCESSING
Order submissions will be completed via email.
We have a file setup fee of $10 per kiss cut design an $10-15 per transfer sticker design based on complexity.
For simple weeding there is no charge, however, for designs with intricate or excessive weeding there will be a service charge of $10 per design.

MOQ AND PRICING
We do not have a MOQ, however, we do offer discounts for large-quantity orders.

We do our best to offer the best possible prices, however, our prices will sometimes fluctuate due to changes in the cost of materials such as vinyl and laminate. We will inform all clients of any price changes in advance.

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
Axolotta Stickers agrees and acknowledges that ALL client artwork designs will NOT be sold or re-distributed.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you approve of your online proof and printing has started, a cancellation will not be possible.
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, you must contact us within 7 days after delivery so that we can resolve any issues!

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders can be requested but will incur an added fee.
Orders needed in less than 2 week will incur a 50% added fee.
Orders within 2-7 days will have a 100% added fee.
Orders needed next day will have a 400% fee.
Artwork must be submitted before 12 noon Pacific.
